Autodesk offers integrated object-oriented CAD software created for the building construction industry. Wendes Estimating generates a comprehensive labor and material estimate directly from the Autodesk Building Systems building model. Sheet Metal and Mechanical CAD Detailing systems produce a comprehensive drawing for fabrication. Information contained in “as built” drawings may be transferred to Wendes Estimating software to produce labor and material reports showing change s in labor and materials from an original estimate.
